The Zoo Debate

I feel it is our responsibility to protect animals, hence zoos. Zoos are not here to terrorize animals,  quite the contrary, they're here to protect the animals which have lost their habitats. So many forests have been cut down by thoughtless people who didn't think twice before destroying their home. I understand that animals should roam freely in the surroundings of their habitat, but zoos provide a place much like their habitat. Endangered species are also kept in zoos in order to species alive. Zoos cooperate with them in order for them to feel comfortable like if they lived back at their home. Therefore, zoos are the way to go!
